(( Hey, thanks to everyone who came to the stream yesterday! It was lots of fun and I’m definitely going to continue doing it every Friday! For anyone that missed it, I’ll probably be doing smaller ones throughout the week whenever I get the chance, so there’s that too. But yeah, you guys are the best! ))
(( Hey Guys, just a quick update, since I’m sure some of you are like wtf happened??
Long story short, college started up again, and as a result, my free time has been truncated to about 1/100 of what it was over break. If that. The point is that I rarely have any time to do my own personal art, let alone think about this blog. Hint for the kiddies: don’t be a double major. It sounds like a good idea, but no. Unless you feel like working from the second you wake up until 2 in the morning and STILL not being done, just, no.
That being said, I feel really bad whenever I go for a while without updating here, so I figure if I get myself started on a schedule and I force myself to put aside time each week to work on answering questions, it will happen. I’m thinking Friday afternoons or weekends, and I’ve been toying with the idea of Livestreaming, just because it makes me incredibly nervous to even think about people watching me work (Hint: it’s not interesting at all) and not being able to dick around for hours on something that should take me like half an hour. So yeah, I’m not saying that Livestreaming will be happening, but I’m not saying it won’t be. And either way, my PBJ time will definitely be Fridays/weekends (wait, you mean PBJ time isn’t all the time?), so expect updates around then.

(( Guys I’m so sorry I’ve been absent so long. I’ve recently made leaps and bounds in progress on my graphic novel project and honestly, that’s all I’ve had the inspiration to work on lately. It’s been all consuming (but in a good way).
Not to mention, all the Homestuck drama has made me want to get as far away as possible from the fandom right now. But it’s not so much that as it is just that I’ve been so busy with my personal art.
But yeah, thanks to those of you that are still sticking around and I promise I’ve got something in the works right now (though progress is painfully slow, I’m sure it will speed back up soon enough). Hope you all had happy holidays! ))

(( My headcanon is that matespritship functions nearly identically to human love, but through cultural differences, and, particularly, the idea that the primary emotional extremes are hate and pity, trolls use ‘pity’ in virtually the same way we would use ‘love’. Just clarifying, because I in no way believe that any relationship, different species or not, could be based on pity in the human sense of the word, as that implies a feeling of superiority or inferiority on either parties’ part. I think the two words are basically interchangeable, and where we choose ‘love’, trolls choose ‘pity’. ))
